Objective: |
| |
Middle market trust banks gain efficient
access to a large universe of world-class institutional investment managers. Assets remain custodied
with the bank's existing custodian, and the bank can continue with existing trust accounting
and reporting processes. |
| |
|
 |
Process: |
| |
GlobalBridge has established connectivity
with most leading trust accounting providers and bank custodians. Trust bank client assets are
maintained with their existing custodians and GlobalBridge executes all transactions based on
model portfolios from institutional money managers participating in the program. Trades are
executed on a best execution basis with multiple institutional securities brokers including
ECN and traditional institutional brokers. All trades are settled delivery-versus-payment (DVP)
with the client's custodian. All transactions and positions are uploaded into the bank's trust
accounting system nightly. |
| |
|
 |
Result: |
| |
Middle market trust banks are given access
to a separate account program that is designed to integrate and interface with their custody, trust
accounting and reporting processes. GlobalBridge client banks are given the investment solutions
to more effectively compete against wire-house brokers and money center banks for large high net
worth and middle market institutional clients. For additional information please contact:
