Custody The GlobalBridge Open Custody SMASM is customized for each bank trust partner: GlobalBridge works cooperatively with most omnibus bank custodians that provide upstream custody services to middle-market trust banks. GlobalBridge has developed interfaces and settlement processes to ensure that daily transactions and positions are posted and reconciled at the trust bank and custodian Banks retain custody of client assets, maintain total control of their client relationships, and offer their own privately labeled separate account solution GlobalBridge remains largely invisible to clients. Our bank trust partners avoid the complications associated with traditional SMA vendors who require a change in custodian. This unique process works well for our bank trust partners and their clients. The GlobalBridge Open Custody SMASM offers complete flexibility regarding custody. The custody decision is made by our bank partners. Additionally, we are able to work with any custodian who participates in the Advent Custodial Data (ACD) service provided by Advent Software, Inc. This service allows GlobalBridge to exchange data electronically with other custodians.
