Kelly Thomas Coughlin |

Kelly Thomas Coughlin, Chairman and CEO. Mr. Coughlin has worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry. He has six years of experience on the sell-side, including Merrill Lynch and US Bancorp Piper Jaffray; six years on the consulting-side including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Risk Analytics; and eight years on the buy-side, including two asset management subsidiaries of Lloyds Bank, one in London and one in Minneapolis. Mr. Coughlin has an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA; and a B.A. from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. He studied Russian at Middlebury College, Monterey, CA campus (Monterey Institute) and accounting at the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the AICPA and its consulting division.

Mary McMahon |

Mary R. McMahon,
Principal and Managing Director of Relationship Management. Ms. McMahon joins GlobalBridge with over 20
years experience in trust and estate planning. She studied law at Cambridge College, Cambridge
England and received both her Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation
from William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. McMahon has been in private practice, focusing on
Trusts and Estate Planning, worked in trust administration and new business development at
American Bank and Trust Company, taught Trusts and Estates as an Adjunct Law Professor at
William Mitchell College of Law, and most recently, ran the Personal Trust Department at Piper
Trust Company. Ms. McMahon has presented at CLE sessions and co-authored The Trust Handbook,
Professional Education Systems, Inc.

Benjamin Avis |

Benjamin
Avis, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Avis is responsible for developing the strategic
plan to maximize all efficiencies that are integral to the successful day to day
operation of GlobalBridge. He has extensive experience in multiple trading,
portfolio accounting and settlements systems and plays an integral part in the
implementation of technological advancements within the company. He was formerly
an Institutional Trader at Fisher Investments in San Francisco before joining
GlobalBridge in 2003. Mr. Avis holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Iowa State
University and has passed the Series 7 and 63 examinations.

Diane King |

Diane King, Manager and Investment
Analyst. Ms. King is responsible for performance analysis, systems integration, proposal
generation, and manager communications. She has been in the investment management industry for
over 10 years. Ms. King was most recently employed with The Burridge Group LLC in Chicago,
Illinois. She has extensive experience in performance analytics systems, domestic equity
investment systems and portfolio operations. She has worked with many research, trading,
portfolio accounting and settlement systems and was instrumental in streamlining the associated
workflow. Ms. King holds a B.S. degree in finance from Bowling Green State University
and is a CFA Level II Candidate.

Patrick Sommers |

Patrick
Sommers, Head Trader. Mr. Sommers has been in the investment industry for over 10 years.
He has worked as a research assistant, trading assistant, global settlements
administrator, and equity trader. Mr. Sommers has a working knowledge of
multiple trading and settlement systems, and is proficient with
ECN (electronic communications network) brokers.
