Objective: |
| |
Institutional
asset managers gain access to the high net-worth market and to
the independent wealth consultants that serve that market. They also
focus on creating superior investment portfolios without back-office
operations and client-service administration. |

To
attain this objective, GlobalBridge has created the GlobalBridge
Professional Portfolio. With the GlobalBridge Professional Portfolio,
the asset managers supply their model portfolio to GlobalBridge,
systematically and timely updating the model to reflect what the
ending portfolio should look like. GlobalBridge, as Advisor, performs
all trade executions and settlements, after adjusting for individual
client guidelines and restrictions. Additionally, GlobalBridge
conducts multiple quality assurance activities on client investment
portfolios including portfolio compliance, risk monitoring, and
performance attribution. GlobalBridge handles all reporting and
communications requirements, supporting the independent wealth consultant
in their client-service relationship. For certain managers
for whom trade execution is a material contributor to performance,
GlobalBridge has developed a proprietary process whereby the manager
performs block trade executions for GlobalBridge clients and GlobalBridge
performs individual account settlement. This process enables the
manager to continue to focus on value-added processes. |

GlobalBridge's
Professional Portfolio offers investment managers cost-effective
and highly efficient access to the high net-worth market. The
GlobalBridge Professional Portfolio appeals to a universe of institutional
asset managers who have historically avoided participation in
the high net-worth market because of the operations and client-servicing
issues that accompany it. It is appealing because it permits professional
money managers to leverage research and portfolio management capacity
already in place for their institutional investors. Institutional
money managers continue to dedicate focused resources and talent
to researching opportunities, developing individual securities
recommendations, and constructing well-conceived portfolios designed
to outperform target benchmarks in a risk-controlled environment. |
