The GlobalBridge
Open Custody SMASM platform is a model portfolio overlay program.
As overlay manager, GlobalBridge performs trading, settlement, reconciliation,
reporting, and other back office functions. In addition, GlobalBridge provides
investment manager due diligence as well as customized client proposals and
sales support. All transactions are based on model portfolios from
institutional money managers participating in the program. Trades are
executed on a best execution basis with multiple institutional securities
brokers including ECN and traditional institutional brokers. All trades are
settled delivery-versus-payment (DVP) with the custodian. A full suite of
